To respond to your enquiry and provide our services (legitimate interests / steps prior to a contract). Analytics on the basis of your consent.

Processors we use

Postmark (email delivery), TidyCal (scheduling), our analytics provider (cookieless), and Hostinger (hosting). Each processes data on our behalf under their terms.

Retention

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as needed to deal with your request and our records, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or object to processing. Email enquiries@koallabs.com. You can also complain to the UK ICO (ico.org.uk).
